Our Person First approach is about finding the best way to support you so that you can live your dreams and find your destiny. Our philosphy is rooted in finding your individual voice, listening to you intently, developing a community integration program, and supporting you in self advocacy to live your life as independently as you are able.

We do this with our base supports: IHS with Training supporting you in your home and in the community and 24 Hour Emergency Assistance which comes with a weekly mental health check.

We add our powerful community integration program that builds natural supports and encourages friendship building. This unique and successful approach has been proven to make huge advances in community integration, reduction of emergency services usage, lowering social anxiety and mental health crisis, and lifting up the human spirit.
