BACKGROUND
DreamLife Destiny is a social services healthcare company based in Maple Grove, Minnesota serving the Twin Cities metropolitan area. We support and educate individuals with disabilities, DreamLifers, to live independently and successfully so they can pursue their dreams, contribute to society, and find their destiny.
Our base dual services program teaches life skills and provides emergency assistance with weekly mental health checks focusing on consistency, dedication, community integration, building natural supports and inspiring self-advocacy through love and determination.
Our employees, Destiny Associates, are highly skilled and trained. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds in order to provide a more full educational and community experience for our DreamLifers. We are committed to improving all our lives in the hopes that we may all find our DreamLife.

We provide a professional support service to our DreamLifers
It is expected that every employee of DreamLife upholds the values and professional standards of our business including appropriate boundaries.
Whenever working with clients or representing DreamLife or wearing our DreamWear it is expected that employees behave in a professional and positive manner.
Part of our professional representation is to be on time, work full shifts, and support both our DreamLifers and our Destiny Associates at all times to the best of our ability.
