DreamLife Destiny's Dual Services approach with community integration and self advocacy has captured the imagination of our clients and the love and thanks of numerous caregivers and case managers across the metro area.

Our goal is to assist individuals with creating their own dream life for a better destiny through weekly support, creative opportunities, natural supports, friendship building, self advocacy, and opportunities that they never would have had otherwise.

DREAMLIFER FOCUSED

DreamLife Destiny is very vibrant and innovative social services and healthcare provider that supports adults with unique abilities, DreamLifers, through a dual service of in home and community supports paired with our proactive 24 hour emergency assistance.

DreamLife Destiny focuses on living independently and successfully so our DreamLifers can pursue their dreams and find their destiny. We do this with consistency, dedication, community integration, building natural support, and inspiring self advocacy through love and determination.

DreamLifers are engaged in their lives beyond doing daily tasks or living healthfully. The individuals we support also enjoying special events, classes, networking, and community engagement.

DreamLife Destiny's amazing and highly trained and forward thinking Destiny Associates have developed a unique community oriented and individual focused system that meets all 245D requirements in Minnesota and goes beyond typical Person Centeredness to build trusting relationships, incorporate effective teaching moments, enhance emotional support, and reach for the future. 

Our Destiny Associates come from a wide variety of backgrounds in order to provide a more full educational and community experience for our DreamLifers.

We are committed to improving all our lives in the hopes that we may all find our DreamLife.

PROFESSIONALISM

We provide a professional support service to our DreamLifers (Clients).

It is expected that every employee of DreamLife upholds the values and professional standards of our business including appropriate boundaries.

Whenever working with clients or representing DreamLife or wearing our DreamWear it is expected that employees behave in a professional and positive manner.

Part of our professional representation is to be on time, work full shifts, and support both our DreamLifers and our Destiny Associates at all times to the best of our ability.

GROWING SERVICE AREA

From our base offices in the Arbor Lakes area of Maple Grove Minnesota, we serve the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul, metropolitan area and are currently expanding to St. Cloud.

We work in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro and Saint Cloud areas serving much of the following counties including Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Sherburne, Wright and Stearns. We serve other areas by individual situation and determination.

We take referrals from county agencies, social service companies, social workers, case managers, parents, family, and friends as well as self referral from individuals.
