DreamLife Destiny administrative members attend Nashville Therap Conference to increase effective services for DreamLifers

Six administrators from DreamLife Destiny attended the Therap National Conference in Nashville this past week. We learned a great deal about the power behind our documentation and operations software, new techniques and modules to implement, and what's in the future.

We also gave some powerful input on how Therap can be modified to help our company and ultimately our Destiny Associates and DreamLifers.

Some of our biggest take aways were:

• DreamLifer User to improve scheduling communication

• About Me videos to improve introductions of DreamLifers to Destiny Associates

• Employment Services Modules to help us set up our new Career Services

• Business Intelligence modules including a Data Dashboard and others to help us identify trends and provide tracking clarity

• Custom questionnaires to enhance our Meet + Greets and improve input

• Case Notes to help us document more fully and coordinate individual plans

• Person Centered practices and access directly into Therap as needed

• How the new Medicaid Access Rule affects our communication, reporting, and documentation

• Payroll aggregation coming soon

Additionally we found some great BBQ, listened to some incredible live music, and did some group bonding. We are bringing back a wealth of information for our entire community.
