We will develop a DreamPlan from your vision and employment goals. Working with you and your team, we will establish a  direction for your career path that may include stepping stones including job search education, developing interview skills, resume building, communication skills, email writing, hygiene, personal presentation, telephone skills, professionalism, further training, volunteerism, etc. This customized individual employment plan is your guideline to employment success.

3 DISCOVER

We will work with the state vocational rehab and/or your case manager to search for possible stepping stones that will lead to job placement and your longer term career. We work with employers to create a customized job description that fits your needs. We take a very meaningful approach to your long term employment; one that enriches your life.

4 DESTINY

Supporting you, we will assist in establishing your long term employment stability in the career path of your choice. We will reinforce good habits and choices for employment staying power. We will guide you as you move towards your career destiny!
