Tyler Segraves | Owner | CFO Chief Fun Officer | He/Him

Tyler has been in the social services industry for nearly 15 years. He has held multiple roles and worked for a variety of companies including individual direct care to executive level management roles. The one thing he saw in all those years was a disconnect between management/ownership and the individuals served. His goal was to establish a company where the owners and experience had a direct positive impact working with individuals. Thus he created DreamLife Destiny to help people live their dreams and find their destiny. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys gardening, sports, evenings out with friends, and most imporantly travel! You are going to have fun with Tyler!

Russell Peterson | Owner | CCO Chief Caring Officer | He/Him

Russell spent much of his life as an at home dad raising two strong, talented and beautiful women. He is also an architect and inventor with a minor in social psychology who has extensive experience working with specialty populations and designing ADA environments. He discovered IHS work after he met his business partner; together they imagined starting a company that reflected on their caring and compassionate values combined with fun and adventure. Russell is focused on social awareness. He is a good listener, problem solver, and motivator. You will hear him say let's just get started with one thing, just one thing. Russell enjoys his perennial gardens, cooking, music, art, theater, and fun outings. You will be in good hands with Russ!

Amanda Creekmur | Destiny Associate | She/Her

Amanda has been working in the positive supports and IHS field for over a decade having worked in group homes, home and community based services, and in administrative roles as well. She enjoys helping people achieve their wants and realize their abilities. She has great energy and always looks forward to meeting, connecting, and assisting people each day. Amanda comes to us with a great deal of experience and knowledge in both systems and individualized services. She will make sure you are well guided and have the positive supports you need. She loves animals, coffee, naps, music, and making people smile!

Katherine Ripley | Destiny Associate | She/Her

Kate is full of laughter and smiles. She makes it her mission to be as silly as possible and to make even the most mundane tasks fun. She's been working in the IHS field for a little over a year and loves making a difference in people's lives. Kate enjoys meeting new people and making meaningful connections with everyone she meets. Kate enjoys reading, taking care of her animals, playing with her many nieces and nephews and spending as much time as she can outside. From the minute you meet her, you will see her positive energy and with so many interests, we know you'll find something in common with Kate!

Joy Devous-Baker | Destiny Associate | She/Her

Joy is an uplifting individual who started her positive support journey caregiving for her mother who had Alzheimer's. She enjoyed supporting individuals so much that she changed her primary career from the event industry to home and community based support. Joy has been helping individuals make a difference in their lives for almost half a decade. She believes if you want to lift yourself up, you lift up someone else! Joy enjoys cooking, events, reading, and loving on as many animals as possible. You'll definitely get some excitement and new activities with Joy!

Emily Tillman | Destiny Associate | She/Her

Emily has over a decade of experience in the human services field. Her journey started in group homes and eventually led to the employment world supporting individuals in their occupation of choice. She is an out of the box thinker constantly striving for new ways to assist individuals in living independently. Emily is a motivated individual with a fun, outgoing personality. She enjoys camping, bon fires, family and friend time, traveling, cooking, and baking. Emily has a passion for everyone to live their best lives! We know you will live yours with Emily!

Nathen Wheeler | Destiny Associate | He/Him

Nathen has supported individuals in home health, hospice, and home care for 30 years. His roles have included home health aide, personal care assistant, scheduler, recruitment coordinator, intake coordinator, and office support staff. He loves setting up systems, especially scheduling, that help each person get the support they need. He is a caring individual who will look to connect and create a calm environment so that everybody can succeed. Nathen enjoys home renovation and remodeling and owns several properties. So whether you are in need of some home improvement ideas or just a soothing support system, Nathen will be by your side!

George Borja | Destiny Associate | He/Him

George is new to IHS services, but he has always wanted to do more to give back and this is his calling. George opened a food stand during the George Floyd riots at George Floyd Square. He and his team spent 3 days feeding the people and doing graffiti art. Those days showed him the value of helping others. He dreams of doing more of that kind of advocacy for our DreamLifers and utilizing his background in art, gaming, snowboarding, longboarding, and camping. We know you will have fun with George and definitely get inspired!

Tina Hagen | Destiny Associate | She/Her

Tina has a long history of helping people find connections and live their dreams. She has spent her entire life in many different caregiver roles by helping people through direct support and in administrative leadership. Tina knows the importance of surrounding yourself with people that make you happy and make you laugh; it changes your life. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and discovering new experiences. She likes gardening and anything to do with spending time in the kitchen. You'll have a blast with Tina!

Steven Kmoch | Destiny Associate | He/Him

Steven joined us after a 35 year career in domestic and international health insurance claim management and systems development. Working across cultural and language differences taught him that establishing open and trusting communications, maintaining a sense of humor and fostering mutual respect are foundational to success. A passion for travel, food and new experiences has led him to every continent except Antarctica. Steven loves theater, movies, reading, yard work, and spending time with family and friends. He volunteers with the Hennepin County Emergency Operations Center and enjoys time at the lake. He will specialize in billing, systems, and group activities along with occasional one on one support. You'll enjoy your time with Steven!

Carl Geyen | Destiny Associate | He/Him

Carl enjoys helping others succeed. He finds fulfillment in teaching and encouraging others. Carl has a passion for planting of any kind as well as working on his home. He's always down to explore new cuisines and connect with people from all walks of life; reflecting upon unique experiences, especially when we all gather together. Carl is looking forward to getting to know you and expand your experiences!
